These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at [squirrel domain] (the “Site”), operated by Squirrel Interactive LLC (“Squirrel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. These Terms currently cover the Site only — joining the waitlist, browsing, and contacting us. Terms covering use of the Squirrel platform itself, including accounts, bookings, payments, commission, and cancellations, will be published separately before the platform launches. You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or otherwise use the Site.
2. What the Site Is
The Site is Squirrel’s marketing website. It provides information about Squirrel, an upcoming booking and class management platform for small service-based businesses, and allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access.
3. The Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Squirrel platform, a specific launch date, or specific pricing. Any pricing, features, or timelines shown on the Site are subject to change before launch.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist; or scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site’s content without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its content, design, and branding, is owned by Squirrel Interactive LLC. You may not use it without our permission, other than to browse the Site for its intended purpose.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee that any features or pricing described on the Site will be available at launch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
